We do not sell form-submission data for money. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or to service providers who process information on our behalf to operate the website and communications.

Retention

Because this release does not store leads in an application database, retention primarily occurs in company email systems and service-provider logs according to BrickHouse practices and applicable requirements.

We implement administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a public marketing and intake website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
